Which offshore AD is cheapest for Rolex Sports?

I've got time so i'm planning to go overseas and buy watch back for reselling for some little pocket profits, directions are appreciated but also depending on travel expenses. care to share experience anyone?

I've recently been travelling through Europe. I found that in Milan Italy there are lots of AD who are willing to discount as the Global Financial crisis has hit the country quite hard. The best place in Italy would be at the Rolex boutique store on via Montenapoleone. Frankfurt am der main in Germany also has pretty good prices at the Bucherer and also Wempe on the Kaiserstrasse. The VAT refund in Germany net is almost 14%.Currently I would say London and also the UK would offer the best deals overall as the pound is relatively weak and the net VAT refund is quite significant at around the 13% mark.
