Looking to buy a watch for my wife and set my eyes on a floral face 31mm datejust TT (178341) but the discount is only at 10%. Any lobang for 15% discount, but shop must be able to issue GST tax refund.

The lobangs here are on preowned watches. Lobangs on brand new from AD are usually "non-transferrable". If a lobang can be easily extended to anyboby then it's not a lobang.
Having said that there might be some AD that delay the implementation of the reduced discount for certain models but you need to do some leg works.Watches are like potato chips - You never stop at one
