I'm actually seriously considering to get a vintage 1675 cir 1970s, which will cost me below 10k with box and papers. If you were me, will you wear it around? Cos tendacy to be exposed to more wear and tear and scratches to such a vintage watch.

If I getting a GMT II series, of course I won't mind wearing it time to time.

    Pls advice...

                          Beware!!

The poison here is very potent and not to be taken lightly. I joined up after I bought my Exp I , it resulted in me buying an Exp II about 2 months later since popping in. So BEEEWWWAARREEEE!!!!!

Buy because you like the watch...not just purely for investment la.

But I would say...the 1675 does have alittle potential if you ask me. Of course...I am just predicting...nothing 100% accurate here

Just like stock market 1 la...I dunnno also..if I know already I can make a living out of it.

bro i suggest you to sell one or two and keep ur favourite one,cos nowadays omega resale value is damn bad,and wont get much in the market..if sell all of em,if next time wanna get back omega, prices will be higher n higher..one more thing is dont buy any watch on impulse and regret later..my 2 cent opinion

me no expert... your quartz Omega got no value...am not even sure if pre-owned dealers will take it in..if yes...i think they'll take it in below $1K. If you sell the other 2 auto ones, you'll likely need to top up another $5-6K to get the GMT...

if you intend to buy from pre-owned dealers....get it from hobbylink and not Peng Kwee or Passions...for example; Hobbylink is selling brand new "M" series Rollie LV (green bezel) at $7900 and Passions $8700...

you should also keep a lookout at our sales thread, you'll find some good bargains there...
