Looks like you are looking for a bling watch really. So I would have to say it would have to be the GMT. Unless you look at the Day Date 68278 and add on an after-market diamond bezel. -
Errmm...the price range varies quite alot between the YM/68278 and the Gold GMT IIc.
Personally I prefer GMT IIc, but price wise and stock wise...is to your disadvantage.
If not...u can always get a 68278
