Without cert is always risky, unless u do a verification thereafter. Don't feel quite worth.

Fact the warranty paper is the easiest to fake and in my time have seen some that would fool quite a few experts
Today a bit of out of date warranty paper don't always prove a watch is genuine.And its a very simple job for any watchmaker or even yourself if you have the tool to get back off.And there is no mistaking a genuine Rolex movement once you have seen one in the flesh plus there are plenty of excellent pictures of most Rolex movements on the net..
