Problem is that I easily fall in love with various models for now seems like the TT GMT IIc is top on the list ...

Agreed that I should not rush and get what my heart desires, that's the reason why I did not go for TT SUB just b'cos it' fits my current budget. I've made too many such mistakes getting a "make do", only to regret later ... Sub w/o Date instead of a white Explorer 2, Ball instead of a Rolex, SS DJ instead of a white Explorer 2 ... Maybe it's time to get my 1st Love - white Explorer 2 instead

This ails most of us, especially me. But we need to prioritise and get the one that we consider as the top of the list (after budget consideration of course), first. The rest can follow in due course.

Take your time to consider, but not too long though. As you know the SRP for Rolex keeps going up.

Hey Bro, I'm new to this forum, perhaps just a month old. Just a thought... I'm 32 n was looking for my first Rolex... Wanted to get a GMT, but found out that the old (n cheaper version) was discontinued. Only the new Ceramic bezel ones are available, which cost over $9k (for SS) to $14K (TT). So wanted to settle for a sub instead. But when I got down to the AD with my girl, was stunned by the look of the TT GMT Master IIc. My girl, who wasnt really a Rolex's fan, instantly told me that "this should be the one that u should be getting". Indeed, retailing at $14k was kind of out of my budget, but the SS one was selling at permium (actually still is) of more than $11K, when the retail is just $9559. So after much consideration, I opt for the TT model and managed to find one AD selling at $12045. So, I consider myself getting a good deal and I'm very glad with the purchase. Do consider which one u really desire, cos u might regret later again...
                              Just my 2cent worth... Cheers...
