A new Submariner (ND) 14060M retails at about $7,968 at the local ADs. Discount varies. It will not become worthless simply because it is a ROLEX. For more information, you may want to search for the information in the forum. There should be enough to read.

      And, welcome..

Better if you stick you one post/thread. You are asking at various locations; so difficult to 'chase' you ..

Sub ND is a nice model esp it also being certified chronometer. The older models were not. 2nd hand prices would be about 15% to 20% cheaper.

Would agree the 14060 and some 14060m were not chronometer tested but they had exactly the same movement as the Explorer that was COSC tested.

Don't be sad . If it is really worthless, you won't even think of buying .

Like Damienloh mentioned, you can't go wrong with Sub. Besides Sean Connery acted as James Bond previously wore it in the movie just like the watch has spoken for itself.
As for the date or no date sub, it is juz a personal preference to me. It will be worthless if the watch is not been "crown-ed". :P
I would go for the No Date Sub.

$4K to $5K. Series is up to you. Personal preference. Some like it old; others newer.
