Items that u get from Rolex Service Centre after verification

Hi all,

I just got back from Rolex Service Centre today.

Here are the items u will get after verification:
- Green pouch, Cleaning cloth, S$107 receipt. I know of other places that charge S$50. However I still prefer authentication from Rolex themselves

'Service charge' is written on the receipt and the Rolex representative will give u a verbal assurance:" Do not worry, your watch is genuine".

So now back to last time where customer pay gst.

Just like my 6694 in 1996,that cost me $548.25 with
3% gst...........

A curious question: If the watch is fake, do u still get the items above? or they send the policeman to assist u

i dont know. but it'd be safe to say; they will return your watch and tell you it aint real. no free gift, no receipt, and $107 poorer

RSC closes at 7pm, u can leave it there overnight.

Anyone know how they verify the watch?
Check through comp database for matching s/no and model only or will they open the backcase check on movement as well.

Wa.. u mean they still charge $107 if it's a fake? If that's the case, think can publish in Newpaper that they serviced my fake rollie for $107.. LOL , cos the receipt will state "service".

NO RECEIPT BE ISSUED if the watch is a fake....and yes...u be charged $107 for the service....RSC ain't a small time company...and obviously they do know how to protect their own interest...
