        Can't be. It's only launched since 2005 if I am not wrong. That year was GMT 50th anniversary which Rolex launched the YG ceramic model.

          I will be very surprised if it is discontinued so quickly! Doesn't make sense.

            unlikely to be discontinued. rolex designs tend to have a long life. of course; they could be the occasional facelift/dial change.

                From a watch trader but i'm surprised as well because it seemed like no one know. I will clarify with RSC on Monday. Yes it is launch on 2005 but maybe to do some minor upgrade, who knows.

                        Good news for those who hold it ('cos values might increase from current levels) ...

                        But personally, I doubt Rolex would be discontinuing the GT-IIc soon since it was only revamped and introduced some years back and remain one of their more popular models ...

                              Rolex has never discontinued any model so quickly...not their style. But there could be slight changes on fonts and size which could mean a mk 2 replacing the mk 1. This has happened to DSSD.
