On this trip in the Grand Canyon, my GMT was in the sunlight all day, and glowed all night while sleeping on the valley floor. Being in the sun all day, combined with the valley floor being absolutely dark at night allowed the SuperLuminova to glow. I was up multiple times during the night and saw the hands glow a bright as neon....(well, almost).
