Rolex in Turkey? Anyone?

Leaving for Istanbul tonight, anyone experience buying Rolex or Panerai in the airport or city?
If so, please advise what is the Vat rebate like? Anything particular pay attention to?

Some updates after my Turkey trip.
manage to squeeze some time during the trip and visited some stores.
Dissapointed by their variety and price for Rolex, 2stores qoute Deepsea at euro6700 and 7400 after tax....
but got myself a Pam 351 last minute as the tour group popby shopping mall for dinner.
not sure keep it to myself or sell it cos like it a lot.......
Btw anyone know the retailing price for Pam 351 if get from Sincere or local AD, any discount possible?
