Exr II, how to adjust the red arm.

Sorry as I am new here, also new to rolex. Just get a Exr II. But i got some questions:

1) how to adjust the date nos if is not in the right date.(eg today is 27, my clock is 25 how to adjust)
2) the red point hand, how to use(i know it should be use for 2 time zone)
