yes it is, remove the crystal and soak it in acetone, it should just drop off. since the cyclops is glued on by a type of "two pack glue". you can ask any watch dealer to remove the cyclops for you.

(1) dont ever get into you eye, it will denature proteins like egg tuning white on a frying pan. you will be blind
(2) im not so sure about soaking the entire watch in acetone, wont it strip the paint markings also on the bezel??? dont think anyone will have an experiment here
(3) wont the acetone strip the anti-reflective coating on the sapphire too??
