Sent my TT Blue Sub to RSC today...

Bought a pre-owned TT Blue Sub yesterday. Sent my TT Blue Sub to RSC this morning... Overhaul + Changing of Bezel, Dial Face + Needles + Crystal = $989! Gonna keep this baby for a very long time as it has been my favorite Rolex piece since I was very young...

After purchasing it, feels its a little "loud" for everyday wear as I'm in sales... The Explorer II that I traded in for makes a better everyday wear. Probably look out for another one in the near future.

how come need to change dial and hands...??...........upon their advise or u decided to do so...?

Their advise.... although hardly noticable to the naked eye. The dial needed replacement for sure... but the hands and crystal - I decided to do it for another $300+ - once and for all happy.

happy to hear that from u bro. is ur tritium lost the lume effact that why they wana change the dial and hand for u?

Nevertheless i can guess u are a happy man as current condition should be be better than 1st day u have purchase. congrat.

Yup... tritium lost lume effect and i intend to keep this watch for a long time... so get it done right and happy...

A question for u guys.. when we send our Rolex to replace the dial, do they replace with the newer Face Dial with the Super Luminova? Watch will be ready on 15 Oct... cant wait...

if im not mistaken, they replaced with the same type of dial that is current u have now. no upgrade.

some ppl prefer to keep their original tritium dial and hands......cos the replacement parts will be with luminova.........

Doesnt really matter which lah... my orig dial has some faded marks and blemishes on the hour markers.. the hands are alright to the naked eye but $130 more so might as well get it done.. and the crystal too.

Can't wait for it to be ready... only wore that watch for 1 day and sent it in to RSC. Bought it pre-owned.

TT Blue Sub back!

Got my watch back from RSc yesterday... they replaced with the newer dial and also the crystal is laser etched with the crown. Looks awesome like new...
