This is very strange indeed. I never been to Singapore RSC before, but been to two RSCs in Switzerland. Both places help to check my watch accuracies without any complication involved. They always have the machine at the counter, and I just told that I need to check the accuracies of my watch. Not other questions asked, and I pass them my watch.

I called RSC, the lady who answer my called very friendly. I told her my sub faster by 7 to 8 second per day then she said my watch on high side and need to regulate, should within -2 to +4. She suggested me bring my watch to them for time accuracy check first. Totally different from yesterday that lady.

Got any problem just pop in Rolex Ctr. They will help you regulate your watch if your watch is UG is free.

FYI, All Rolex watches comes with 2 years warranty.
