Rolex 116509 White Gold Daytona or AP ROO Panda?

Dear bros,

I chanced upon a forummer selling his used Rolex 116509 which I really think is nice, I 'm also looking at the AP ROO Panda which I like also.

Price range is very similiar for a used white gold daytona and a brand new ap roo panda.

So which one should I get???? At a loss man....hahaha itchy backside again.

Em.... gold vs SS , i will probably go for the gold Rolex.
IMO i wouldn't trade my WG daytona for a SS AP Roo.

Both are nice but sizes quite different.

My 7" wrist makes the 39mm daytona look small.

So if you can carry off with wearing both sizes then i would suggest you go for the one which is more of a bargain in terms of $$.

Since Panda is the newer model (stiffer pricing), I would think the pre-owned Rollie would be a better deal in this case??

Hmmm I think 40mm, I should be able to wear it, think my wrist not so small also. My heart is more towards the white gold daytona though. Love the red accents on the dial haha!

BTW i have both the AP Roo and daytona , daytona has more weight on the wrist and its a solid gold watch(Gold price shooting high)
while the AP is a more practical watch .
AP doesn't have to unscrew to use its chrono function and have a date on it .
Although you will swear and curse at night when trying to tell the date !
happens to me during night time inside the car ,when my HP is inside my pocket and trying to see the date on my AP is almost impossible .
Overall i love both watch , AP as a everyday watch and daytona for wedding dinner , cos AP can't fit under the cuff .

On the other hand, the AP ROO Chrono Panda is an excellent weekend watch, or for Friday's dressed-down office attire. An AP ROO Chrono never fails to up the "Man" quotient for the wearer! It simply makes you feel very "man", at least that's how I feel.

Thus, it's very difficult for me to choose one over the other.

haha....you are right! My wife has hijacked my Daytona many times....now that I have the Green Sub, I will probably alternate it with the AP....

Woman who wears watches like the Sub and Daytona has a special attraction....I realize it long ago and started encouraging my wife to wear my watches and now she's not used to wearing her own cos it lacks the weight....Her favorite is my Masterbanker and the Daytona
