The only weak-link is the rubber seal of the case cover, provided it is properly tighten as the watch is designed and tested up to 4000ft deep of water pressure. If it isn't .... Up the lorry

It will be the same question you ask what if I break the crystal when diving in the sea? Simple loh, sea water sure flood the watch, and how long before it send for service is another question...

You got to trust Rolex, that's why I own both Sub and SD

My experience is that they don't pressure test, they just open up, check and return you the watch. If you want it pressure tested, I think they expect you to pay for it, but I do not know if they expect you to do a service package or to just allow pressure testing. Knowing them, they will probably ask you to do the full servicing.

                  Noob Question for Explorer II

                  Hi,

Not sure if anyone has asked before.
Just bought a Explorer II recently .. can someone teach me how to adjust the '24' hours red needle? From what i read here its suppose to show the ''24 hours'' clock where the usual needle shows ''12 hours'' clock. Apparently the red needle is 1 hr ahead of the usual needle ... dont think i should turn back the hour hand by 1 right ? would it damage the watch if i do that?

Hope you guys understand what i meant and sorry for my noob question

Just align all 3 hands at the "12" and adjust accordingly. Btw, how much you paid for it? Cheers

Not sure if Exp II same as GMT II, pull out to 1st position where u adjust only the minute hand, as you move the min hand, that will also move the 24 hrs hand. 2nd position is where u adjust the normal 12 hrs hand

Exp II and the GMT Master II share the same movement either in 3185 or 3186. see the link on adjusting the 3 timezones:

                            Noob question

Hi guys, need experts to enlighten on this 2 issues.

                            1) If you purchase a Rolex with certain model/series eg TT Blue Sub A series which comes with SS clasp. Somehow the owner before changed the clasp into original rolex TT clasp from 3rd party. If u send the watch to RSC for authenication, will it pass?

                            2) What is the difference between 16803 and 16613? i think movement is 3035 and 3135 other than that?

                            thks!

                              Noob answer (maybe)

I'm nt gd enough to answer both qns but will like to share that as long as the watch is all in its original, RSC will accept it. Otherwise, no.

so would u consider say an A-series TT blue sub with TT clasp as original when they should come with SS clasp ?
