Explorer only tells 2 time zones but GMT can tell 3. Personally I prefer to keep the Hour hand for my home time and use the red hand for the time of the place I'm in.

Is all about preference, which ever method that works for you, just do it. For me, I will adjust the watch to the local time and the red hand reference to home, in that way, I am less confuse, because I don't have to compute the timing whenever I need to tell the time, no choice, getting old liao, .
