How about the verification papers from RSC? Would that be considered as "papers"?
no. it just means your watch has been handled by RSC on that date.
many RSCs outside of singapore do verification for free. with or without a receipt, it doesn't actually guarantee or prove anything other than: "we've seen it, it looks okay".
