do u guys get a winder for the other watches that u dont wear? or just leave it aside and wind it only when u want to wear it?

That what I do. Wind it when I want to wear it. It pretty quick unless you want to adjust precisely closest to the second .

usually....for those that are 'resting'.....i'll just take them out..... and give them some manual winding on a fortnightly basis...... just to ensure that they are working fine.....

there will be 2 camps
1 camp will say, get a winder so that it is already for use anytime.
another camp will say, dont need to get, wind it when u need to use it.

rotate. In my case, if I had four, i will wear two per day, meaning one in the day, one in the evening. The day after, wear the second set in the day, and evenings, and keep switching, that way you are at least topping up the power. I have a single watch winder and I dilligently rotate my watches to get winded in the winder.
I am a precision time freak and I cannot stand seeing my watch stopped, different date and time...I will set the time and date on the watch and then place it in the winder to to give it a few good rotations!Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 116520 M

I own Underwood and Orbita winders which can collectively wind up to 10 of my watches but have not been using them much these days as I am keeping most of my watches in a Bank's deposit box and rotate out a few pieces every 2 weeks or soè¿ç¹å¸·å¹„ 决胜åƒé‡ŒComment

For those who got more than 4 watches, a suggestion wear two on right hand, and two on left hand.
I only wind the watch that I want to wear, as for accuracy, +- one minute is good enough for a machanical watch
