Does anyone knows if the rolex president DD that comes in platinum, has a bracelet that doesnt come with diamonds?

I see pictures on the net , that this model 118346 all comes with diamond bracelet..

a shop owner in chinatown wears one and it is super bling and nice, with the ice blue dial..


any one has a rough idea on its retail price?
