Recently brought my friend to a BIG pre-owned shop (not the above but the biggest one) that does a lot of consignments. Waited till they opened at 12noon (err, half the day is gone! ). The service that he got was pretty poor. You can see that the shop owners tend to favor certain customers, calling them MR. So and So while the young guy gave my friend an attitude. Maybe he thinks that he's too rich and does not need to WASTE TIME.
Anyway, there are a couple not as popular shop around which I got to know of recently and their service and attitude was quite good. Also really like their business model. I hope that the smaller shops start to make it big and eventually surpass the current 'players' so that they start treating all customers with respect.
