you would hope so, otherwise, there is no security for those who have theirs stolen as well as for buyers of preowned.

If you want to meet a very friendly dealer, try Kenneth Chen of Collectors' Haven at VIP hotel at Balmoral Crescent. Shaun of Heirloom Gallery at Riverwalk is also a very nice person.

ps - I do not have any vested interest in their shops, just to clarify before someone asks if I am working with them. hahaha.
