If they think poor ppl doesn't deserve good service then they certainly dun deserve my $$!
In my case, i'm not rich but i'm not poor either and i've learnt not to judge a book by its cover!
Everybody deserve to be treated equally!
If the SE really piss me off, I can really bully the SE, in anycase I think some of you have seen some of my suggestions of how to handle this type of people

I went to passions a few times, and i find them a bit stuckup too. maybe the boss is not happy when he know u r the mod of sg-roc cos the garage sales in this forum, the price is generally lower than those in passions and other pre-owned shop. of course i know they have a fixed overhead to take into consideration.

          just my humble opinion.
Hi andrew.... thanks for sharing..... guess i shall not reveal my identity if i go to any pre-owned shop in the future....hehehehehe

sometimes act blur king (or queen) the best you act too smart sometimes also got disadvantages
IMO those sales who think they have a carrot head to chop, will chop, this will shop their true colors

On the other hand, for the seller point of view, they want to sell as high as possible... so it is up to the buyer to judge and decide loh...

really sad to hear this sort of customer service attitude...who's the paymaster now? This senorio just like young time go to boutique wanna to buy my first branded t shirt. That time could only afford to buy t shirt. The salesgirl hew also mai hew.I just stand there waiting...look at them, they pretend nvr see me.Untill i go over to their counter and ask than they ai mai ai mai serve me.Every successful business is by some of this factors..return loyal customers, rapport with customers and word of mouth.Esp in such a small country. Dun ruin own reputation by just 1 or 2 bad customers...Personally i will not buy from them,as i noticed their prices are at the high side.Since no intention to buy i nvr bother to ask them.

Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak

Courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen

price and service equally important to me. No point cheap but SA arrogant, also dont want. Expensive but good, also cannot afford "o sim bo lat" (got heart no energy)

If the price is cheap....I won't care about the SA...if I am paying a standard price as everyone. Just like at LV...then I think I should demand the same standard of service I see them serving some customers.

true, if i can save big $$$, i just heck the SA and buy what i need and walk off. if its just something negligible then whats the point in putting up with heartache..

If at Gucci,LV,Miu2,Coach and other boutiques we already have a few SA that knows me and the wifey well so serviec is fantastic even if we are on our weekly browse see see trip
                                SRC is bad dealer !
