  • 233 vs SUBc vs GMT IIc

Dilemma is what people like me always face.

Limited bullet and still poisoned by the many good watches there.

So if you have one shot, will you go for:

    1. Submariner ceramic SS

    2. GMT II ceramic SS

    3. Panerai 233. dot / am/pm?
Audemars Piguet Ball Bell&Ross Cartier IWC Longines Omega Panerai Rolex Sinn Tissot

    Alba Casio Citizen Roox Seiko

Wanted to add PP but bo lui

        My ranking would be
        (1) gmt ii c
        (2) pam 233
        (3) new sub date c

If money is not an issue - i would get pam.

I have the 233, so you may feel my answer is biased but I'll be getting the Sub C when it's launched locally, so, not so biased after all. I'll shoot:

          1) 233- Simi sai also have
          2) Sub C- New model, novelty effect cannot be ignored
          3) GMTIIC- Tons of BNIB and LNIB at good price, can take your time to chose

Personally, not a fan of PAM, and I like diving watches (though I will never swim in the pool/sea with my rollies).

GMT IIC is nice but it has this complicated look which I cant explain why.

SubCs are simple, classic and way more classy as compared to the other two.

I will sell some of my collection just to lay my hands on either the SubC LN or LV.

Personal choice. 1st question is to ask yourself whether you want Panerai or Rolex. They are totally different watches. I have both 233 and GMT IIc. 233 gets a lot of wrist time versus IIc. We all have our own preferences.
