  • service by RSC any certificate?

    Hi all,

As you know I have finally got my blue 6694, but there is an absence. There is no warranty certificate like this
    or

My uncle who collected the watch for me told me that no certificate and he think that the invoice act as certificate.

Please enlighten me on whether there is or not.

As for the brilliant work done by RSC, pics coming soon. once i have fired up my camera.

But is the certificate that important?

Normally RSC will give you an invoice instead of a certificate after servicing your watch. The invoice should state your watch model number, series number. With that, your watch is under warranty for a year.

they do give out that cert but you need to ask them to do water proof test. i think it cost an additional $100.

my daytona serviced in 2007 came with that cert.

hope that helps. give them a call if you have any doubts. cheers.

i dont think they did one. oh well nevermind should be tight as hell since everything except the movement was changed.

The middle part i am assuming relates to the case?? Since my serial number was changed to a service one (4xxxxxx)

Abit hard to call RSC since I am not there, but nevermind original invoice was returned to me, so at least there is a papertrail.

hmm, if you had it serviced by spore rsc, i'm certain they wl give out that cert.... cos it wl also show time of service and the additional 1 yr warranty.

i just had my gmt 16700 fully serviced... and i got that cert as pictured.

however, there are certain things that you may have requested for that rsc wl not issue a cert for... say like not changing the glass (obviously u did) or not overhauling the movement..... anything that wl not ensure water tightness or some other things rsc wl not issue the cert....

Your sentence doesn't sound right le Shouldn't the "even though" be "after"? Nevermind, think we should know what you mean. Personally, you should clarify and demand for a certificate. Thanx.
