How to adjust micro links in Explorer II

Hi guys, just purchased a rolex explorer ii V-series in Switzerland Bucherer 1 week back. Been trying to get my watch to fit my cursed small wrists but so far still a little uncomfortable.

two questions:
1) I went to RSC twice to help me see how i could get the watch to stop leaning towards the outside of my left wrist.Was told that because of the oysterlock configuration - 7 + 6 links... and the minimum on the left side being 5, i cannot prevent that. I was advised that if i wanted a good fit, the only way was to break one of the fixed link on the 6oclock side...
Should I? This watch is only 1 week old!

2) Where can i purchase the small screwdriver like thingy to help me adjust the micro link? I was told any "wu jing" shop can get... sadly the one i just went to did not sell it... in fact i didnt know how to even call that tool.

ultimately, the watch is yours... you decide whether do do a permanent damage to the braclet... but suggest u try the micro adjustment first. search on utube... got some good video teaching u how to do the adjustment.

2) just go to a DIY shop... they should have those small screwdriver... you can also try using a paperclip... or toothpick... u don't really need one screwdriver to do a micro adjustment...

thanks for the link, the site has expressed that removing the link was the best option for him as it allowed his watch to not cantilever to one side.
That was exactly what the lady at RSC told me as she said she did the same thing. In fact she said RSC was able to do it since the bracelet is not covered by warranty anyway.

hmmm,.... i tried with the microlinks but realised ultimately i m just making it tight enough not swing to one side, making it a little uncomfortable to wear it.
