yes, they will ask for your warranty card when u send in for repairs during the 2 years warranty period.

Just came back sending both my watches for repairs, one is outpatient and another got to be admitted. Haiz, they are only 2 months old... sianz...

Yes and no, but it's better to bring it along. It's needed if the watch is still within warranty period, otherwise, the warranty card or paper is not really matter.

LV cannot be winded manually... big problem, so has to be admitted.

Daytona has a little stain on the dial... went to have it removed, so minor plastic surgery and outpatient treatment only...

What receipt? No need to bring any receipt. If you need to make any payments for servicing or repairing, RSC will give you an official receipt.

actually it's normal and down to luck la for a watch company to come out with a few thousand pieces at 1 go to have a piece or 2 to have bad QC.not all watches are perfect in QC la,there's alot of brand also brand new wear for a few mths got problem.cheer up,take this experience to learn something more about the watches and the parts problem lor..
