Thanks for all help! Appreciated it lots!

YES you are right! Supply is constant, Demand for ExpII (recently) is low...

See from the list prices thread that the list price for the Explorer II is as follows:
explorer 2 16570 $8097 ($7671) ($7312)
List price at $8097 but how come AD are all selling at just approx 6.8-6.9K some even 6.6K.. Is the demand for the Explorer II low or is the supply of Explorer II much higher than demand?
Thanks!

actually, my thinking is this, anyone who walk in is potential customer, ask a few more Qs and you can confirm whether this fella is real deal or time waster. No need to show me rolex or other good watch, even if you wear construction clothes, can know if you are serious or not.

THG @ NAC actually not that bad, my old man and I walked in, wear average, no rolex at the time (damaged), and one of the gentleman actually spent abit of time trying to coerce us into buying, the price was average only, butat least he try, and when there was other customer, I was quite surprised that he actually spent time to show us, and even give quote on other timepieces.
Has more to do with the SA/SE attitude. If attitude good, he treat you ok, if not, they brush you off. Alternatively, he underperforming and see all customer also want to jioCurrently wearing:

when my son was in secondary 4, he wore my sub to school to show off to his classmates, his form teacher who was also into timepiece called me up that night and gave me a piece of his mind telling me besides the danger, it is also too young for him to wear a Rolex, he needs to be a working professional, knows the value of money then save money the hard way before he make his rolex purchases. In this way he will then be able to earn respect of the people around him.
Of course my son disagree with his teacher but.......
