SD was discounted prior to news of discontinuation, now, it is being sold at premium. Furthermore there are idiots who are buying at expensive price, thus they set a "benchmark" for future pieces to be sold at a certain price

hehe.. yup.. maybe 20-30 years.. however, looking at the way Rolex is adjusting their prices every year.. over the past 2 years.. list prices have gone up by about S$2K in some countries..For sale now :- Black/Red GMT-II A series (b/p included-pre-owned)

yup that is my advise to all too ... Looking back, once upon a time, rolex was a watch for those who actually understood quality and needed a reliable timepiece. Now it is a brand synomious with exhorbant prices, and excellent resale value.[U]Currently wearing[/U]:

yup.. fully agree.. mid-price buyers will soon be squeezed out... so, we do need to grab one now if we can.. and hope 30 years later, we'll be passing on another 'Paul Newman' to our grandsons/daughters..For sale now :- Black/Red GMT-II A series (b/p included-pre-owned)
