Is there GMTII which is originally came with Coke Bezel? If yes, how can I differentiate whether the watch originally came with Coke Bezel or it is changed from black to coke bezel thru RSC?

one more question, is there a GMTII 'F' series without pin hole? saw one in pawn shop. i thought only 'D' or 'Z' will not have pin hole.Comment
