You referring to credit card rates? If yes, it's not determined by banks ... it's as what I've explained above.

CC provider can request the info provided you are willing to pay as they have to contact Visa or MC HQ for an exchange report ... payment not too sure but in USD$ and it's charge by Visa or MC hor.
    Cheers!

SINGAPORE .... due to my strong AUD...... makes plenty of sence to get from there ... but hor on serious note, maybe Japan also quite competitive, since my AUD is becoming KING

white dial..... see S$4k can get or not......... , realistically, maybe S$5.5k depending on series, closer to Z higher price, condition mint, also i dun mind pay more, internals also must see, no point i buy 5.5k, and spend another 1k servicing, i might as well go and buy from my local AD.

I can only give you rough guidelines, but the lower the better (goes without saying!!)

nowadays 4K impossible to get EXPII. Retail price even in HK has gone up to 7.4~5K. F series onwards going for closer to 6K onwards..

i know impossible, but my situations sometimes I can get nice pieces at nice prices ...... having said that, S$4k is pushing luck to the limit..... but S$5.5k sounds reasonable.

$5.5k can get from anywhere and anytime... as $4k, you have to try your luck and bargin very hard... but for ppl who want to sell it at $4k, you can imagine the condition of the watch lah...

by the time factor in, a nice service at RSC (or even those trusted outside technicians) S$1k, makes it worth while

for tourist it is actually HK or SG that offer good prices. The only thing is exchange rates, tax refunds and viola we know where to go already.
