can claim the GST for travel via road? ie. If I go to JB with Ozzie passport, can I claim the GST. I've only ever claimed at airport departing sg. So unsure whether can claim from exit thru car

my girlfriend will come sg once every 2 years, at that time than we will buy watches , rather than that i usually buy from oversea,because i also can claim the tax back mah from oversea!

Oh I see...

For me...straight and simple. I defintely say NO to oversea just to save the trouble or whatever reason.

Lets take my GMT II 16710 for example when I brought it in 2007.

I went rolex hunting all the way from Orchard, Raffles-city to Chinatown visited almost all the AD (I don't have fix AD) to check for the price that quoted. End of the day go to the ones that quoted the lowest.

so any conclusion? is the discount more or less standard since the retail price is usually fixed by rolex.

i think discount also vary on the mode of payment, cash or credit card.

Hi folks, may i enquire if any1 has any idea which country sells the cheapest for the same Rolex model?

Cos i saw a new SS TOG retail at abt 6k before tax refund in Japan, wonder which country sell at a even lower price.
