Keep Rolex in Dehumidier ...

Dear fellow Rolex owners

Can I ask a newbie question?

Recently some of my watches needed to be cleaned on the outside,
Due to fungus when I kept them in the drawer.
I am now contemplating on buying a dehumidifier cabinet box,
to keep them and the boxes too.

Is that ok?
What is the best setting (in %) for this purpose?
