  • broke my watch at work today! *gasp*

    but don't worry! it's not a rolex!

since i started working part time in a facility where i treat subsidized patients, i no longer wear a rolex sub as i didn't want to give them a bad/wrong impression.

i chose instead to wear a less conspicuous all black watch (PRS-11 300m auto diver).

somehow in the midst of my busy day, the bezel fell off my watch... thankfully my eagle-eyed patient in the room helped me locate the click spring.

after a quick rinse with some hand wash, i popped it into a tablet bag, where it awaits a trip to JW.

with my work watch currently out of action, i went down to my car and pulled out a blue tudor 79190 left over from a viewing...

funnily, only now is the tudor blue growing on me... and i'm beginning to regret selling off the acrylic 76100...

(in case tudor doesn't count as "rolex" content, there's a vintage rolex watch somewhere in the first picture...)

    My heart skipped a beat...

... because I thought you broke the Tudor Sub.

I'm amazed it hasn't been sold yet! I'd buy it if I had the cash on hand...

singaporean collectors that appreciate tudors are far and few between. i think as time goes by, that will change.
