Do i have to go rolex centre to buy the new jubilee bracelet?

hi guys,

Just bought a boy size Dj, was wondering if it is possible to change the bracelet to the new "crown" jubilee bracelet (hidden)?

i only know the other DJ of mine comes only in the form of 36mm version while the boy size is of smaller diameter.

Anybody done it before and roughly the cost of replacement?
