12k for daytona i dont think able to nego much, since there is high demand.

have to consider whether s'pore set is full set or just watch. like the 2nd hand dealer in sg, majority is just watch only, and no box/papers

Sub LV 600,000 yen after tax rebate and paying in cash.

exp 2 is abt 7k plus S$. U can find it in almost any shops/AD.

Found a brand new m series GMT Master 2 abt 7.5k.

Used GMT Master 2 is abt same price or more exp than Singapore.

Lots of Sub/sub date and LV ard. Its seriously a dime a dozen. Did not find any SD at ADs but fd a few at reseller.

Lots of daytona ard too. Saw a few red sub and seadweller. The price was WOW. The red seadweller I cost 250 000 yen I think.

Panerai is way way more exp than in Singapore.

I also found a shop (satin doll) selling abt 10 Birkins and Kelly. Power man. For those who wanted to pamper their wife/girfriend or mistress and dun want to wait 4-5 yrs, thats the place to go!Never seen so many Birkins together. Ave price is 120 000 yen for normal ones to 250 000 for 'exotic' skins.

You mean 2.5 mil yen for Red seadweller? 1.2 and 2.5 mil yen for the Birkins?

LOL...Japan's preowned market for luxury items is really big.... I want to go Japan sia. My bro going in june or july time. But doubt he knows where to buy those luxury stuff or Rolex for me
