You cannot replace the lugs...cos it's 1 piece as a whole..you gotta change the case in this case but not likely they will change the case easily as it requires a new serial number. Cost would be another turnoff factor

      Hi Bro,
Why not? Get on the phone and demand the contact details of their Managing Director and keep him/her informed, together with the photos and any details of your transaction, politely.

This is justified since you have measured and there is a distinct difference in size. You can't possibly have filed it on your own, right, so RSC has no excuse!

This is not a small transgression or cheap item worth $20 that they messed up, this is a case of negligence and they have contravened the duty of care as servicing agents.

I think even they are willing to change the case, they will not have your serial number engraved on the new case... I think that's some Rolex stupid policy thing, no serial number on replacement case...

              Hi Zidane Bro,
Unless you are very forgiving or very rich, I think you ought to push for a change of casing as one side of your lug has been excessively polished.

Not an unreasonable request since the scratch was not your fault.

If they suggest to polish the other lugs to the same size instead of replacing the casing, you can suggest calling the New Paper hotline.

              Keep us updated man!
