    the more i look at it, the more i cant wait to get hold of 1.

              correct me if im wrong. thought this watch was made to withstand certain amount of magnetic fields?

                essentially it's very much similar to other rolex models except for

                a new movement 3131...which uses the parachrom bleu hairspring ...
                antimagnetic
                40 mm case
                thunderbolt seconds hand....

                the anniversary model comes with a green sapphire crystal.....

                  dunno how much it will cost. wonder if it will look as nice in the photo. but was at rolex centre earlier, ask for catalog, they said, not in yet, likely end of the year for the new milgauss.

                    Similar design philosophy to the IWC ingenieur?

                    I think I read somewhere list is about $9k.

                    hey, the cheapest anti-magnetic watch I saw recently was a russian one... something like S$100 !!

                      The design looks very updated but somehow in terms of design . It has some similaries to a Ball Fireman series. However the Thunderbolt strike minute hand is the thing which sets the Milgauss apart from other watch makers as well as their current collection.

                      Can't really recall anything much except for Alain Silberstein, "Jumbo Krono".

                          i like leh, the grn crystal 1 or the blk dial ... still not in yet. but can do without also.. scare this 1 the local AD also wnt to fry fry

                              Called up Hour Glass Lucky Plaza. Was told that the new Milgauss is not in Singapore yet. I let the black dial one. Thought it goes well with the green crystal. And the bracelet is cool. Very striking
