Advise Needed : Daytona 116520 or 116244

Dear all watch collectors,

I'm a humble first time rolex buyer and I need advise before my purchase.

I had my eyes on the above 2 model. I need any kind soul contributions on which model to buy.. I love both..

For 116520, I can wear everyday but for 116244 might be abit flashy for me..

I want to know which had a more resale value and for collection?

Your advise will be much appreciated... TIA

116520 has a better resale value.

the 116244, u referring to is the rose designed pink dial?
