Finally the answer is out...
No more using alphabetical system for the new Rolex watches after the 'V' serial, it will be replaced by the 'long bar code' kind of system (eg: 33V3456, 8R34567), whereby one will have to depend on their AD tracking system/records to find out the date of production.
Maybe some genius can help us to break those codes
