  • Why Rolex Center Staff behave Like That ???

Although the staff at RSC are polite, did any of u guys get the feeling that they look down on their customers ? Sometime quite sarcastic.........

Why RSC always come up with all sort of customer unfriendly policies, rules that only convenient/protect themselves yet we still continue to buy their watches ?

Rolex watches are such fantastic watches but their service sucks. Is this issue confined to Singapore only or elsewhere as well ?

So far my encounters with RSC front-line staff have been professional and courteous. No problems. But I have witnessed how their patience have been tested, there was this uncle who kpkb when told his datejust not authentic... as if it's RSC's fault. If it were me, 1 X flying kick to the uncle's face...
Can share with us what's your case against them? Also what customer unfriendly policies/ rules?
In any case, if you feel RSC's bad, wait till you try Richemont....

Ya, actually I find that the RSC is probably the most professional and polite, even though theirs is the most crowded and they get lots of rich and arrogant customers who walk in and demand alot. Compared to the rest, they are already a notch above.

So far i have sent my watch for servicing there at least 3 times already.

                            no problem encountered.

There was once i even request to let me try on the Milguass at their display case.

                            Very good experience so far.

Maybe TS can elaborate what happened?
