Coz the price stated is not for the movement but the stones.
Well even casio can design its watches with diamonds and pass off as an expensive watch.

I wonder how secure are the diamonds set onto to the watch? The wearer would probably have
to check each time after wearing, or likely hire someone to do that..too much stress isn't it? LOL

I doubt that rolex set diamonds on a watch will never drop out unless some stupid person wearing a 600k watch does some rough sports and drops the watch at height...
