Actually I'm trying hard to keep it below 10k. So I think if I choose a TT GMTIIc then I most likely have to go 2nd hand. Then when I think of spending that much money, I also think of getting a SUB LV or Explorer 2 and maybe perhaps a Sinn at 2k. haha... just adds to the confusion.

hmm don't like blue dials. Daytona is nice but I think I want a cleaner dial for now. Plus GMT hand can use when I travel...

It seems GMT is important for you. So either for Explorer II especially pre-owned because the prices are very good (4.5-5k) ; or for the the GMT II 16710 coke or pepsi bezel an iconic watch costing probably around 6k.

If you don't mind getting the watch pre-owned, a SS GMT-IIC or an Exp-II may be a good idea ...

                          Sub Lv

                          My choice, Sub LV.

If you have $10k to play around, after getting the LV, you still got some balance for a pre-owned DJ ......

Seems like everyone here is going for either Sub LV or GMT2c...

just wondering why no one recommend Yatch-Master? I thought it is quite a nice piece and I quite like its shiny platinum bezel.

And actually the DSSD dial is abit too cluttered for my liking.... prefer the old seadweller dial that doesn't have so many words.
