How come bought Apr 09 yet have paper warranty cert instead of the card type?

I would say keep the sub. It will be discontinued soon and become a classic.

Can see from the photo that it w/o the chapter ring, might be new old stock, before M series.

Bought on Apr'2009 from Macau. With Box and Cert.
              Seldom wear.

              Cheers!

Subjected to its condition and based on the specs given, it should fetch you around $5.5k-$5.8k, if it is not sold or traded in to a dealer.

So thought of keeping Rolex sub or sell it and top up a bit (1-2k) to get a pre-owned pam sub.

Haha, yah the answer here a bit bias, all telling me to keep the rolex.

I know its easy to sell a rolex sub, but will it be easy for me to sell a pam sub too?

                Cheers!
IMHO, I think you should really keep your Sub. It will hold a better demand & resale value than a Pam (of the similar class) over time.
Some time ago, a dealer once told me (correct me if I am wrong)
Quote: "not to get a Pam if i am buying it as a investment because it command a poor resale value in this current market condition, but definitely a fantastic watch to buy for keep" UnQuote.

Yeah man, 10 years is a good time to judge one's appreciated value. I bet the price of a Sub will definitely increased by a minimum of 50% by than
