  • Should I Sell My Rolex Sub for a Pam Sub?

    Hi Guys,

I had a SS Rolex Submariner for 3 years and now backside itchy, thought of selling it and get a Panerai Submersible. Should I go ahead with it?

How does a Pam Sub compared with a Rolex Sub in terms of value, movement, time keeping and etc?

Bros pls give me advises, very confuse now...

    Regards,
    AK

It voices down very much on individual preference. If can afford, keep the ROLEX and buy the pam. If you've completely lost interest in your ROLEX, then trade it in for something you really love. Honestly, both are good and worthy to own. And my personal preference will still be the ROLEX Submariner.

I PAM fan but i think should keep a Rolex. A more versatile watch than Submersible IMO.

Ideally of course is to have both to switch around if budget permits.

I think you should just keep it. And buy the pam separately :P

eitherway you are asking this Q in a rolex forum . the responses will be a bit biased no?

personally, ive toyed with the idea of pam as my next goal. so, id say save up that bit more and get both

                    Aiyo...
Coz marrying this year oct, no budget already... Can't have 2 watches.
So thought of keeping Rolex sub or sell it and top up a bit (1-2k) to get a pre-owned pam sub.

Haha, yah the answer here a bit bias, all telling me to keep the rolex.

I know its easy to sell a rolex sub, but will it be easy for me to sell a pam sub too?

                    Cheers!

From my understanding, a ROLEX Submariner is still easier to sell than a pam sub.

Congrats on your marriage. My advise is keep your Rolex Sub and focus on your marriage preparation. It's only once in a life time so save up your cash as you will need it the most. There are plenty of watches that you can buy later or whenever you have the cash. All the best to you!
