I just want to point out one peculiar aspect of human perception. If are interested in some thing, we tend to notice it more often. One example,
if we intend to buy a certain model of car, we tend to notice that specific model on the road. By extension, if you are interested in Panerai, your feelers will be out for Panerais. If you are interested in Rolexes, you tend to see more Rolexes. Currently, I have developed an interest in Panerais and tend to see more on the wrists...and may easily come to a conclusion that more and more people are wearing Panerais.Comment

I do not totally agreed with your people. I only wear my 116509 on special days, and my daily wear is a fake 116520. The 116509 is only for investment and estate purpose.Comment
