Yes, it's confirmed that the new TT Sub with ceramic will only be in Singapore end of 2009.

All current TT Sub are steel bazel.

Revamped, meaning what? Total make-over?! Quite unlikely. I think if you look at what was featured in this year's Basel, the new tt Submariner (ceramic bezel) is the current and probably, future Submariner design for the ss models. Be it with or w/o date. Pardon me if I misunderstood your qns.
