with reference to the attached pictures. the picture with single watch taken was on 30/06/2017 where the other was taken about 2 weeks back - 14/06/2017.

base on the euro pricing conversion , it is estimated to be ~SGD39640.

a difference of about 3000.

looks like there is a price adjustment upwards soon.

Usually after each BaselWorld, there would be price adjustments here and there. More upwards though.

Yes, ROLEX watches, new and pre-owned, will get more and more expensive over the years.

No, it doesn't really affect the vintage models much.

Price increase not much of a problem. It is the way they limit the supply of popular SS sport models. Sometimes really weird to walk into a Rolex AD or boutique to find only 1 or 2 SS sport pieces. And in Japan even worst, most ADs have zero SS sport models on display. But was lucky to be able to find one 116610ln for my wife at yokohama sogo rolex AD. Paid cash and after conversion and tax rebate of 8% was around S$9900 only. That was in Arpil this year.

Normally price should increase around last quarter of the year. Not too sure if it may be soon.

Probably to drive up demand, and increase pricing. Another possible reason is to push sales of their less popular models.

Actually, it's not difficult to know if there's a price increase. ROLEX now list their retail prices online, in their website. So unless they do not update the prices conscientiously, otherwise you should be able to know if there's a price increase. Reference to the above link, the half gold Daytona is listed at $22,730. That's the same price I saw about a year ago in several local ADs. So there is yet to have a price increase.
