Tong building is Rolex Service Centre. They do not sell rolex.
go to www.rolex.com
click on Official Dealers. Navigate through till you reach Singapore. Then it should give you a map and you can click on any of the bubble

Most famous ROLEX retailer? We don't really termed it in this manner here. There are few retailers we call; Authorised Dealer (AD). The more established (not famous) AD is The Hour Glass (THG), and they have several branches; Raffles Hotel, Millenia Walk, Lucky Plaza, Ngee Ann City, etc. THG also carries other watch brands such as Tudor, Omega, IWC, Tag Heuer, etc.
Other ROLEX ADs include Watch Palace (WP) and Cortina. WP sells only ROLEX and Tudor watches. As for Cortina, if I am correct, only one of their branches @Raffles City, carries ROLEX watches.

No, apart from KHH, there's Tai Hong Hung (THH) at People's Park. They are also a Rolex AD. They are both located on the 2nd floor of People's Park Complex.

IIRC, the retail price for a ROLEX Explorer 1 was $6,921. Discount was at 15% off = $5,883. All in Singapore currency.
